[Pkg-pascal-devel] lazarus 2.0.0 FTBFS

Dear all,

A new version of lazarus is out: 2.0.0. If we want this in buster, I
need help to fix (or work around) the FTBFS. It fails to build the qt
variant (like the rc3, which I tried briefly during the Christmas
holidays, but forgot due to RL).

I am pushing my work so far to salsa right now.
