Hi Paul.

Actual libqt5pas sources are part of Lazarus source tree, and you even 
uploaded them here:
https://salsa.debian.org/pascal-team/lazarus/tree/experimental/lcl/interfaces/qt5/cbindings

I`ve never seen QT5 bindings in fpc sources.
