I do not see in build log that libQt5Pas is actually updated (it shows 
installation of a version from testing/unstable =2.6~beta-5), also 
symbols you posted above are definitely not the changes in ABI we are 
discussing but smth related to QT or libstdc++.

As I see this you should apply changes from Lazarus tree to libqtpas and 
upload updated libqtpas. So the first question "is libqtpas update 
meeting the soft freeze guidelines"?
