In libqtpas buildlog I see only one new symbol in dpkg-gensymbols output.

QPlainTextEdit_setPlaceholderText at Base 2.6~beta-5

I think it should list all new symbols.

Lazarus fails to link on QTextEdit_setPlaceholderText and 
QPrinterInfo_availablePrinterNames

I see 5 new symbols in libqtpas recent changes:

QPrinterInfo_availablePrinterNames
QPlainTextEdit_placeholderText
QPlainTextEdit_setPlaceholderText
QTextEdit_placeholderText
QTextEdit_setPlaceholderText

Have you applied all updates?
