I acknowledge that and thank you very much for the effort you do for Lazarus and
FPC. I really appreciate working with you.
On the other hand, I was really under pressure in real life stuff and did miss
the Buster deadlines.

I'll send a mail to the release team asking for a derogation first. It think
there is no issue as Lazarus wouldn't break the system.
It works alone and only interacts with a few packages that depend on it upon
build. The risk is quite limited.

But I'll not upload before getting the answer of the release team.
