I see the following possible solution:
1. We provide lpk files both in binary and in source packages.
This may lead to collisions that we need to handle with
introducing new dependency rules. I dislike it.
2. Continue packaging lpk files of the packaged Lazarus-packages
as now, but add also missing lpk files in the lazarus-src
Debian package. I fee this is better.
3. Move all lpk files in a dedicated Debian package and add the
required packages dependency. I'm not very convinced.
Please let me know what is your preference.
