I am not sure what to make of it. I fear that the regression may be
because of changes in the tool chain. gcc-9 was uploaded around the same
time as was glibc. Is there anything that could interfere with pure Free
Pascal?

The obvious "fix" for the failing autopkgtest is to skip the failing
one(s). However, it's probably trying to tell us something.
