[Pkg-pascal-devel] Bug#943600: lazarus autopkgtest intermittedly fails due to EAccessViolation: Access violation

A patch was applied on 2.0.6+dfsg-2 but it seems not completely fixing this
issue.Waiting for upstream to fix it properly.
