We would need to fix the autopkgtest failures [1] first too, otherwise
the package won't migrate.

You're talking about lazarus here, I think? armel is an issue due to it
being a release arch. Fixing ppc64 can be delayed.

I'm fine with uploading to unstable once we believe we can fix/prevent
the lazarus FTBFS on armel.
