I wasn't sure, lazarus build-depends on libqtpas, not the other way around.
Doublecmd at least built locally for me with the old libqtpas.

It turned out the reproducible builds hadn't picked up the new lazarus
yet, so most of the builds failed.  I'll retry those now.

There were a couple of FTBFS unrelated to lazarus; castle-game-engine,
diffoscope, hedgewars and view3dscene.
I'll link to the bugs here once they are filed, and we can look at
whether they need fixing in fpc/lazarus or in the packages themselves.
