In this case, the missing file is
/usr/lib/lazarus/2.0.10/components/codetools/fpc.errore.msg

The issue on mipsel is different, but it also seems like something missing:
/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/source/ddrescueview.lpr(25,3) Fatal: (10022) Can't
find unit Forms used by ddrescueview
