[Pkg-pascal-devel] Help needed with ddrescueview

I pushed a commit [1] to a new branch.
I'm not sure that's the best way to have done it, but it "works for
me", in that with this change, I was able to build ddrescueview
without a build-dependency on lazarus-src.

If we upload lazarus with the above change and the fix for #970014, we
can see if rebuilding has any effect on mipsel.
