[Pkg-pascal-devel] Revive ITP for castle game

Hi Abou,

Previous time, we had to stop packaging castle-game because even
Michalis couldn't tell if some of the files in the game were free. So
Debian couldn't distribute them. I don't think that has changed. Without
those files the game wasn't the game. Even Michalis at the time didn't
want to spend the time to find free replacements, so I expect neither
would you.
