This is by design. As the Lazarus IDE *can* be used as an editor we have
chosen to not have it depend on lcl-qt5.

However, I do agree we should have it somehow pulled in on systems that
use Lazarus with Qt5 instead of Gtk2. Or maybe we should just simply
complement the "Depends: lcl-gtk2-2.0 (= ${binary:Version}) |
lcl-qt5-2.0 (= ${binary:Version}" in lcl-units-2.0 with a "Recommends:
lcl-gtk2-2.0 (= ${binary:Version}), lcl-qt5-2.0 (= ${binary:Version}" to
have them both installed by default.

Abou, what do you think?
