When we did this split, the mail reason was that some targets were short in disk
space and we would like to avoid pulling 1GB for Lazarus.
Nowadays, this is less and less true except for some ARM based systems.Maybe we
should rethink about it, or maybe the arch:all packages should pull everything
while the binary ones pull only strict dependency.This means that lazarus-ide-
qt5 will pull lcl-qt5 but not lazarus-ide-qt5-2.0 in order to allow people with
a real disk constraints to pull only strictly minimal IDE.
