I'm unable to reproduce this locally in sbuild.  When I examined the
failed build log on unreproducible builds, it appeared that the build
had been attempted with a mix of fpc 3.2.0 and fpc 3.2.2 packages (see
below).  The builds on the other reproducible architectures; arm64,
armhf and i386, seemed fine.
