I've checked the build dependency of doublecmd and I was surprised that it
doesn't depend on fp-compiler.
It seems the fp-compiler is pulled implicitly by lcl-utils (for lazbuild) and
maybe this is the cause of this mess.
Anyway, this does not happe anymore, so let's reduce its severity and assign it
to FPC.
