I tried 0004-Fixed-compilation-on-some-ports-mipsel-ppc-pcc64-pcc.patch
on plummer.d.o (ppc64el) but it still failed.  Same error, just the
lines numbers increased by 7.

Please add yourself as an uploader for doublecmd and push to salsa,
but do test your patches before uploading. :)
