Hi Yaroslav,

I suggest removing the lazbuild --add-package
line, as that probably won't work without being root.

Also  --pcp=/etc/lazarus is probably not needed

Try changing the single lazbuild command to
lazbuild --build-all --ws=qt5 lazopenglcontext.lpk MRIcroGL.lpi
