[Pkg-pascal-devel] failed arm64 build of castle-game-engine 7.0~alpha.2+dfsg1-1

I looked into the arm64 compilation failure of CGE. It's because FPC
doesn't include "Cpu" unit for arm64. I can solve it with this patch:

.

You're welcome to apply this patch in Debian and retry Debian+arm64
build of CGE. (It is also committed to CGE master, so it should not be
needed in next release.)

Note: I don't have a "normal" system (where I can run regular Unix
applications) running arm64. So I cannot really test it (the
compilation fail is at the build tool, a command-line application).
But we do support arm64 CPU in CGE -- for Android on arm64 and iOS on
arm64. So, we can try to make it work with Debian for arm64.
