FPC does not need to depend on GTK2. It only provide binding units for that.
We can simply make this less stronger dependency for example recommends or
suggests, but then users will not be able to link their GUI programs until they
install it or they decide to use Qt.

Also, I'm not sure FPC release we are using supports GTK3, that information
needs to be check and may render the link issue mentioned above not so critical.
