[Pkg-pascal-devel] Remove lazarus_2.2.4+dfsg1-1 from build queue.

Dear FTP masters team,

I did an error when uploading today new Lazarus upstream version to SID.
Indeed gbp dch takes last upload distribution for new one and I forgot to edit
this manually.
It resulted of an upload to bulldeye-backpoirst instead of sid.

Will it be possible to withdraw this release and avoid building it? Anyway it
does not fit the rules to upload for backports as it is not even in sid.
