Hi Abou,
I just updated my bookworm system and noticed the following:
Unpacking lazarus-src-2.2 (2.2.6+dfsg1-2) over (2.2.4+dfsg1-2) ...
Removing 'diversion of /usr/lib/lazarus/2.2.4/lcl/interfaces/lcl.lpk to
/usr/lib/lazarus/2.2.4/lcl/interfaces/lcl.lpk.orig by lazarus-src-2.2'
dpkg-divert: error: rename involves overwriting
'/usr/lib/lazarus/2.2.4/lcl/interfaces/lcl.lpk' with
different file '/usr/lib/lazarus/2.2.4/lcl/interfaces/lcl.lpk.orig',
not allowed
dpkg: warning: old lazarus-src-2.2 package post-removal script
subprocess returned error exit status 2
dpkg: trying script from the new package instead ...
dpkg: ... it looks like that went OK
That "error:" string in the middle was warning. It looks scary, even
though the install is successful. Not sure if it needs to (or can) be
fixed, but just in case you didn't know yet, please be aware of it.
Paul
