Please ping me when you want to discuss this.
I've migrated the build from native to quilt but it is basically the same
content.

I would like to issue an ITP for project fp-units-win. But before that, I'd like
to ensure we are all, in the team, OK with the approach.

Please let me know if you want me to crate a project on salsa, so that you can
review it before I issue the ITP.
