For the blocked bugs, I have demonstrated that they can be resolved without waiting for gtk3 
support. I suggest to apply the suggested changes.

If you want to recover the bug relationship, please use the opposite block direction because this 
bug can only be resolved when the other packages have migrated away from gtk2.
