This looks like your FPU is not supporting some opcode generated by FPC.
It would be good to try to find which tool was running when the issue happened.
You can try to edit the /var/lib/dpkg/info/fp-compiler-3.2.0\:amd64.postinst and
add set -x at the beginning to help debugging this.
