[Pkg-pascal-devel] Help needed with Lazarus migration to testing

Hi All,

I can't understand why Lazarus did not migrate yet.
According to https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/lazarus it introduces 3 new bugs,
but all of them are marked as done and fixed for that new version.

What did I miss in the migration process?
