Sorry for late answer but I was unfortunately very busy with real life.

I had a review and it looks like you did not follow
the https://salsa.debian.org/pascal-team/lazarus/-/wikis/Debian%20Lazarus%20Packaging
At least I'm missing both upstream and pristine-tar branches.

Can you please add them?
