I don't think this change needs rebuilding anything except Lazarus, CGE and
qt4pas.
However when I made the change, I did not realize it will change the units CRC,
it was meant to touch only executables.

Now, I realize I was optimistic a bit and will try to fix all before the freeze.

BTW, FPC 3.2.4 long pregnancy is maybe ending soon. So we will for sure have a
transition to do and I really hope we can do it before the next release.
Otherwise it will be a shame to have 3.2.2 in o-o-stable, o-stabe and stable.

We know already that we need to go though NEW and I'l try to package RC1 to
experimental in order to gain time.
