[Pkg-pascal-devel] Lazarus 4.0~rc2

Hi All,

As you may have noticed, Lazarus 4.0~rc2 is out. We may try to integrated it to
experimental in order to go through the NEW queue before freeze.

   1. So I propose that we stop committing to master (if possible).
   2. Create a branch experimental to add this pre release
   3. Fix issues and update patches
   4. upload to experimental
   5. wait for release and and upload to stable.
