I was certainly hoping we would have 3.2.4 in Trixie, but its not 
looking very likely.
The toolchain freeze starts in 11 days from today, as we haven’t even 
seen any release candidate yet.

There has been no discussion about the release on the upstream mailing 
list since last June,
and no commits to upstream's 3.2.4 git branch for 5 months.  :-(
