Could you please explain why you have re-opened this bug?

The bug in question being

"[fpc] has Build-Depends on GTK 2 (libgtk2.0-dev),
or produces binary packages with a Depends on GTK 2."

As you can see from the control file,
fpc no longer has a Depends: or Build-Depends: on libgtk2.0-dev.
