The Debian NEW review of lazarus 4.6+dfsg-1 has been completed.

Review comment:

This is accepted because it is already in Debian, however the debian/copyright suggests
this combines GPL-2 or older with Apache-2.0 license which is frequently a violation of
the GPL.  In all likelihood these items identified as GPL or GPL-2 are actually licensed
as "... or newer".  Not sure if you have the time to go back and review those, but it
would be great if you could.
