[Pkg-pascal-devel] Bug#967317: doublecmd: depends on deprecated GTK 2

LCL-GTK3 is not production ready yet, it still has many issues. I suggest to drop temporally doublecmd-gtk package and retain only doublecmd-qt (Qt6) package. Later after Lazarus 5.0 release restore doublecmd-gtk (with GTK3) package.
