[Pkg-pascal-devel] Bug#1141155: Missing dependency on make

Version: 4.8+dfsg-2

Installing Lazarus 4.8 in latest Debian Forky and running the IDE results in
the following error:

"make

File: 

Error: file not found"

It seems that there is a missing dependency on the "make" package.
