With Conflicts Replaces etc.

They should not be installed together anyway.
I probably need to be more explicit about this in the long description,
and/or in a Readme file.

Folks developing Laz apps will have the standard IDE & LCL packages installed,
and not need the lazbuild package.
lazbuild package could be used for those who only want to build,
but its main use case is as a build dependency.
