Initial Comment:
Provides a smart, somewhat fuzzy, algorithm for finding the best values to use for chart axis based on arbitrary data.

Dependency for the CVS Monitor tool, which has a lot of requests for a debian package, but I don't want to RFP until a significant percentage of it's modules are in.

Pure Perl, one file, no install questions, no non-standard makefile options
