Initial Comment:
Utility module for validating various internet and networking strings in advance, without having the load the main modules that use them.

Used by a number of CGI-type networking apps to prevalidate input.

Pure Perl, one file, no install questions, no non-standard makefile options

Ready for upload. It resides in SVN. It is lintian clean, watchfile added, builds, passes tests. Not yet tagged.
