Summary: libcss-tiny-perl  -  Read and write simple CSS files with as little code as possible

Initial Comment:
Small module to do very simple read/write of .css files.

Seems to get quite a bit of use by various people writing website generators and such.

Pure Perl, one file, no install questions, no non-standard makefile options
