Bug#253505: libmail-audit-perl: Mail::Audit::list_accept doesn't deliver to maildirs

This patch fixes the maildir delivery issue but does not deal with
legacy users who already have an mbox for lists below their maildir
from having used the module previously without the patch.

I propose adding a check for existence of an mbox. If it exists, we
should use it for delivery for legacy reasons. If not we can create and
deliver to the maildir.

I'd like one of the other pkg-perl maintainers to comment on this
solution for sanity reasons. If there is agreement, I'll modify the
patch and apply it.
