Problems with Maintainer: address in six packages

Hi,

There are some problems with the Maintainer address of a bunch of your
packages.

First, 4 packages have pkg-perl-maintainers@lists.debian.org, an
non-existing email address:

Maintainer: Debian Perl Group <pkg-perl-maintainers@lists.debian.org>

libfile-remove-perl
libmail-box-perl
libmail-imapclient-perl
libpdf-api2-perl

Second, 2 packages fail to have a name and then email
address-in-brackets, as the Debian policy requests (so it's an important
bug):

Maintainer: pkg-perl-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org

libdbd-sqlite-perl
libdbd-sqlite2-perl

Third and last, one package has:

Maintainer: "Debian Perl Group" <pkg-perl-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org>

libcgi-formalware-perl

which is unneeded, and since Debian policy doesn't cover the use of
quotes, would make those quotes part of the name, which isn't true.
