Hi,

bin/stubmaker is not up to date wrt. the original bin/stubmaker.pl .
The newest version of the original includes POD documentation, so
#280504 can be closed.

The best way would probably be to generate all the three installed
scripts under bin/ at package build time, replacing the shebang line,
so this couldn't happen again.

I can do this myself when I have the time, if nobody beats me to it :)
