Hi.

There are several requests for upload here.
I checked in the SVN and they seem indeed not handled yet.
Since I finally got around to look at svn-buildpackage
and how the pkg-perl subversion rep works, I could do some
of them.

However I found the NOT RELEASED YET markers in the changelog confusing. Is it my part as sponsor to remove
them or shouldn't the one preparing the upload decide when
to remove them to signal that the package is ready?
