Hi Maintainer,

Sorry, but I cant find the copyright in the package tarball.
Where did you get your "licensed under same terms as Perl itself",
upstreams tarball doesnt have anything like that.

You need to clear that with upstream or the tarball is undistributable
for us, hence the reject.
