Bug#299693: AnyData depends on XML::Twig, but there is no debian dependancy between libanydata-perl and libxml-twig-perl

AnyData::Format::XML requires XML::Twig. Without it, programs attempting to
use the module will crash.

However, libanydata-perl, which provides AnyData::Format::XML, does not
depend on libxml-twig-perl.
