Hi! At present time there is no mapping to KOI8-R charset. It is located at 
ftp://ftp.unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/VENDORS/MISC/ as KOI8-R.TXT
It is usual charset at russian linux servers/workstations, so I think it is a 
good idea to add this mapping to this package.
