Bug#329592: libmodule-packaged-perl: New upstream release

Hello,

the new Module::Packaged Version 0.84 has new build depends.

The 0.84 depends on App::Cache,tht is not in Debian.

But App::Cache depends on File::HomeDir, that is not in Debian too.

I will start two ITPs (for App::Cache and File::HomeDir),
when they have passed the NEW-Queue, we can update the Module::Packaged Package.
