Whenever I use the Perl debugger and try to pipe output through a
pager (e.g. "|x"), Term::Readline::Gnu suffers a SIGSEGV.  You can
see it in the gdb capture below, or use strace.

(As a separate matter, the debugger hangs forever when that happens,
but that's not Term::Readline::Gnu's fault.  :-))
