Which IO::Multiplex package version? 1.08-3, I assume?

I don't really want to add a logcheck rule for such a warning until I'm sure 
that it's harmless.  IO::Multiplex maintainers: I don't know that library, 
what does usually cause this problem?  Should some filedescriptor be 
flushed to avoid it?  Comments?
