missing packages for datetim family

That's not true.  There is a libdatetime-format-mysql-perl package in the
Debian "testing" and "unstable" distributions.  If you are using the stable
distribution, then know that packages are never added to a stable distro
(that's kind of the point of a stable distro).

Furthermore, there are currently the following DateTime packages[1] in the
"testing" and "unstable" distros:

  libdatetime-perl
  libdatetime-calendar-discordian-perl
  libdatetime-format-builder-perl
  libdatetime-format-db2-perl
  libdatetime-format-mail-perl
  libdatetime-format-pg-perl
  libdatetime-format-strptime-perl
  libdatetime-format-w3cdtf-perl
  libdatetime-locale-perl
  libdatetime-timezone-perl
